3 Reasons You Can’t See Your Abs

absnotvisible

Do you want to know 3 reasons you can’t see your abs? You’re doing hundreds of crunches, sit-ups etc. but your abs still not visible. Because you’re doing wrong. Higher Reps won’t get those abs to show. This article will give you to learn 3 main reasons and how to avoid it.

1) Your body fat is too high

Everyone has a different percentage of fat for the abs to appear. It depends on age, sex, genetics, metabolism etc. And if you want that your abs to appear, you have to reduce your percentage of fat. What should you exactly do to reduce your percentage of fat? It’s easy to answer: The calories you burn has to be greater than the calories you consume. But you should not suddenly cut 500 calories you consume. Because it can lead to muscle loss. Cut 100 calories in per 3 weeks and implement HIIT cardio. Many types of research are shown that HIIT cardio burns much more fat.

2) Diet (%70) “You can’t out-train a bad diet.”

Those abs are built in the kitchen and not the gym may be a hackneyed phrase, but that doesn’t make it any less true. So if you’re not on a diet, you will never get what you want. Try a low carb diet. Because if you consume too little fat, you can have lower testosterone level. So a low carb diet can give you what you want. Also, drink plenty of water and green tea.

3) How to train abs?

Add weights to your ab exercises at least two times a week. Train abs three times a week.

1) 8-12 reps with weights,

2) 8-12 reps with weights and

3) Higher reps with no weight.
